1. Mutual Benefit Principle:

The V9Bet Partnership operates on the principle of mutual benefit. Partners may leverage V9Bet’s rich resources, platform advantages, promotional tools, and activities to promote the brand, convert users into their affiliate line, and maintain active member relationships.

Partners are expected to consistently promote and attract new members. Relying solely on commissions generated by a single member does not meet the mutual benefit requirement. Partners must continuously deliver value by actively growing and engaging their member base. If promotional efforts decline, member activity drops, or the affiliate business stagnates, V9Bet may interpret this as an intention to terminate cooperation. In such instances, V9Bet reserves the right to adjust commissions, terminate the agreement, and assume management of the affiliate’s members.

2. Transparency of Data:

V9Bet ensures full transparency by providing access to real-time member transaction data. Partners can log into their designated account to monitor members’ betting amounts, win/loss records, and real-time estimated commissions.

Should a data discrepancy occur between reports and actual database records due to settlement time, betting delays, or force majeure events, the V9Bet internal database will be regarded as the authoritative source.

3. Partner Account Registration:

Partner accounts are non-editable post-registration. When applying, use your legal name and accurate contact information for identity verification.

The same name, commission withdrawal account, or contact details may only be used for a single Partner account.

Affiliates are prohibited from creating multiple accounts without prior written approval from V9Bet. Use of another person’s identity to register is strictly forbidden. V9Bet reserves the right to investigate and close associated accounts if these terms are violated.

4. Account Security:

Partners are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing account information is prohibited. Any resulting losses will be born solely by the Partner.

5. Promotion and Recruitment Obligations:

Partners must actively promote V9Bet and recruit new active users.

Meeting minimum valid betting thresholds alone does not fulfill cooperation expectations. Partners should continuously deliver promotional value and user engagement.

Failure to do so, including reduced promotional activity or declining active member numbers, may be viewed as intent to terminate cooperation.

V9Bet reserves the right to adjust the Partner's commission accordingly, terminate the partnership, and transfer the Partner’s members into V9Bet's care. After transfer, Partners will no longer have any rights or commission access to the transferred members.

6. Supervision and Risk Control:

All V9Bet members acquired by a Partner must comply with V9Bet Terms and Conditions.

V9Bet’s Risk Department retains the right to audit member behavior and validate transaction authenticity.

If a majority of a Partner's commission stems from a single member, or members with repeated betting patterns, or suspicious activity, V9Bet may withhold or deduct commissions, freeze Partner and member accounts, terminate the agreement.

7. Registration of Partner's Member Accounts:

Members registered directly via V9Bet cannot be later assigned to a Partner.

Members with duplicate names, payment accounts, or contact information cannot be assigned to more than one Partner.

Partners must not register their own betting account under their own Partner network. Detected violations will result in reassignment of the account to V9Bet directly.

8. Prohibited Behaviors:

Partners may not manipulate member accounts for betting, abuse promotions, or engage in dishonest commission-boosting tactics.

Domain names similar to “V9Bet” or those that may be perceived as official must not be registered by Partners.

Partners are prohibited from purchasing or registering keywords, search terms, or other identifiers across search engines, advertising platforms, or referral services... that are identical or similar to any V9Bet trademarks. This includes using the word 'V9Bet,' variations thereof, or meta tag keywords on the Partner's site or other promotional methods that are identical or similar to V9Bet’s trademarks or keywords.

9. Commission Payout:

Monthly commissions are calculated by the 5th of the next month. Partners can submit one withdrawal request per cycle:

Batch 1: Submit by the 8th

Batch 2: Submit by the 22nd (only if Batch 1 is missed)

10. Termination of Cooperation:

V9Bet may terminate a partnership if any of the following occurs:

- Violation of any agreement term
- Inactive promotional behavior
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Abuse of the platform, members, or system

Consequences include:
- Forfeiture of current and pending commissions
- Termination of all rights under the partnership program
- Transfer of the Partner's member line to V9Bet

A terminated Partner will not be entitled to future commissions from previously referred members.

11. Modification of Regulations:

V9Bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

All changes will be announced via in-site messaging, official announcements, or email.

Partners must comply with updated regulations once they take effect.
